Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts and a range of fun tennis drills. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before and you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved.
Our Tennis Australia qualified coaches are trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s great for beginners, who have never played, more experienced tennis players will also benefit and have a great time.
